About us

Historical Context:

Learning for Public Health West Midlands (LfPHWM) has been operating since 2007. The network is funded, commissioned and governed through collaboration between Directors of Public Health West Midlands and Public Health England West Midlands. With the support of a number of key stakeholders and partners including Heath Education England the network has developed and delivered a range of projects and events.

We deliver interprofessional Public Health CPD/training to the wider public health workforce, commission the development of new tools and resources on behalf of partners and work with experts in the field of Public Health at local and national level in order to develop and deliver workshops and conferences.
